Haiti180 is a charitable organization whose goal is to help the needy in Haiti. Since 2002 they have been working hard to bring much needed support to the villages of Duverger and Danndan which are approximately 80 miles west of Port au Prince. Since their founding, the good people at Haiti180 have built and run an orphanage, a chapel, a school, and a home for the elderly.
The are process of constructing a medical clinic. You can imagine how necessary this must be. Or maybe you can’t. Check out this video from Haiti180 founder, president, and Prime-Cuts buddy Sean Forrest. Afterwards, head over to their Go Fund Me page and show your support.
From the Haiti180 website: James 1:27 reminds us, “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.” It is in responding to this call that Haiti180 is moving into action.
